“Help us achieve the potential for our new space” - CEO @ Courtside
Courtside Video Entertainment is a startup focused on embedding screen in basketball arenas to enhance the fan experience during the game, especially the VIPs on the sidelines.
After a few prototype builds to support pilots with college, the decision was made to setup their own assembly in the heart of Philadelphia, in an old abandoned brick building.
We worked closely with the CEO and CTO to design the space and organization to maximize production capacity and operator the operator experience. They shared all the ideas, process information, Bill Of Materials and supply chain data. We are designing assembly line, supporting inventory space and the build out timeline to ensure they can scale production to meet customer demand.

Our Approach
Our principal, Ahmed, served as fractional VP of Operations & Supply Chain, designing an organization that maximizes revenue per employee to support competitive local pay.
The factory floor prioritizes flow for the assembly operation. ERP selection maximizes automation and minimizes overhead spend, with field service optimized through tailored material handling solutions.

The Outcome
The flow-optimized factory floor now outputs 10 tiles per day, scalable up to 20 per day. A 90-day plan for factory buildout came with streamlined equipment sourcing — and there’s more to come as Courtside grows.
